Artist Biography

Wes Naman has been a self taught photographer of ten years before graduating from commercial photography in his home in North Carolina. Since moving to Albuquerque almost two years ago he has been an assistant to photographers such as Chip Simons and Robert Reck before deciding to start his own company, naman photography. In between working as a photojournalist for the weekly Alibi, freelancing in commercial photography as well as advertising and stock photography, Wes manages to work on fine art projects to display at galleries. Recently he has been part of the He show at the Downtown Contemporary Art Center where he has a studio and the upcoming Second Annual Contemporary Photo Arts Exhibit June 30th at the same location.
